What is High-Definition Liposuction?

Updated: Jan 26, 2020

It used to be that you would need a second job working out to be able to build the kind of definition seen in our male model here. Depending on your body type, you may have already committed to a second job pumping serious weight only to be disappointed that you're not getting the results you want.

In addition to special diets (paleo diet anyone?), we now also have high-definition (HD) liposuction. As the name implies, it involves the removal of fat through liposuction, but goes a step further. In HD lipo, both deep and superficial layers of fat beneath the skin are removed, leaving a very thin layer above the muscles. The end result? A sculpted physique that would take years of work at the gym.

Cheating? A bit, but it's no substitute for eating right and working out. For the sake of health and longevity, it's important to keep up a healthy lifestyle which includes a good diet and exercise. If that doesn't convince you, think about this. The best way to maintain the results after any plastic surgery especially HD liposuction is to do just that - maintain, weight that is.
